  2. How are partneringONE and partnering360 related?
partneringONE is the software and service that conference attendees use to pre-arrange meetings and organize agendas for events they are registered to attend.

partnering360 is the online community connecting life science professionals.

Typically, an event delegate can only interact with other event delegates, for the timescale of the active event. EBD Group created partnering360 to ensure that event delegates and non-delegates can interact anytime, regardless of event registration, to make their partnering activities more effective, efficient and global.

  18. What happens if I change companies?
If you leave a company, you need to unlink your profile from that company using the dialogue box on your Profiles page, or inform EBD Group via email at awo@partnering360.com. Similarly, you can see a list of your colleagues on Your Colleagues page (under the Profiles tab). If any of them has in fact left the company, you should unlink their profile using the "has left company" function beside their name. Individuals unlinked from a company will no longer have access to the partneringONE meeting request archive for that company.

When you join a company, you have three options for informing EBD Group: 1) by unlinking your personal profile from your old company on partnering360, 2) by emailing EBD Group at awo@partnering360.com, or 3) by registering for a partneringONE event in your new company name. The next time you log in to partnering360, you will be asked to confirm you have left your old company and to confirm your new company name.

Once your personal profile is linked to the new company profile, you will have access to the partneringONE meeting request archive from that day forward for the new company. Your colleagues can grant you access to communications which occurred prior to you joining the company.
